"Since it was a small job, I was hoping it could be done while I waited, but they handle jobs in the order in which they are received (no exceptions), so I had to wait until they called for a pick-up.  The piece was perfectly duplicated and carefully packaged against breakage.  They even supplied me with the correct adhesive for mirrors since I was completing the repair.  All in all,  a good experience.  I'm thankful to have found this company and recommend them to anyone who needs mirror work done.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
