"I called the folks at A BROKEN WINDSHIELD and we scheduled a time for them to come and replace our cracked windshield. I had located this provided from the Angie's List catalog we receive each month. I was especially interested because they offered to waive the $100.00 deductible, which I really appreciated. They came at the appointed time, a bit late, but they assured me that the job would be done quickly and efficiently, allowing me to get to a doctor's appointment on time. I must admit, I had my doubts if this was possible, but boy, was I ever wrong. I was totally amazed that the entire process, removing the old glass and replacing it with a new windshield was done in less than 45 minutes. They did a beautiful job, left no mess at all, were polite, efficient, and lots of fun to talk to. I highly recommend these folks. "Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
