Owner was responsive, but the project manager/estimator needed to pay closer attention to the work as it was being done. The work was done when we were gone to avoid disruption. When we returned home, we found a mess in the laundry room, a paint clean-up mess in the bathroom, paint spatters on tile flooring, a pendant light installed crooked, blinds not rehung. A final walk through by the project manager would have caught most of this.

"They call me to schedule the repairs with in hours of the inspection being completed and kindly worked around my schedule. Although they arrived later than they said by an hour and a half, they called ahead to let me know they would be late and they called again when they were on their way. The communication as appreciated. The crew was very fast and yet did a great job matching the texture of walls and making everything look nice. They cleaned up well after they were through.
