Before, every rainstorm the gutters were overflowing from all sides of the house. Now the attic fan. We had a few snafus with the attic fan but Davidson was attentive all through. They installed the switch in the wrong direction and corrected that a few days later. The fan was very noisy and after trying a few different things Davidson decided to swap out for a new fan. We settled on $100 extra rather that $200.  The guys offered to replace a seal on two vent pipes on the roof at $89 each.  I thought the price was too high and declined.
