"Summerland Gutters responded to my request for an estimate in a timely manner. During a rain storm, we realized we had an additional concern. They came out again and provided a timely response with a revised estimate. Summerland Gutters on-site staff provided me with information about how and where the gutters were becoming clogged. The paint on the new fascia matched the older fascia boards. They also let me know that the fascia that had to be replaced was made of PVC. They let me know that the flashing and the siding boards were in good shape. I appreciate that they completed the job professionally but also provided me with information about the house that helps me understand what I do and don't need to address at this time."

"We called Vincent on a Sunday morning for an emergency cleaning since we were leaving for vacation Monday evening. "I am a first time homeowner! My house was built in 1980's and had no work done since it was built. The house had drafty old wood windows with aluminum storm window and lots of rotted wood around them (and around the gutters). I knew something had to be done- I started my search for a company.
