The apartment building has box gutters and he cleaned out the gutters each time he went up the ladder and came down with debris would go up with a new plastic bag to remove debris. We were having water come in the basement and a downspout is near the basement wall outside. He took the rivets out of the downspout and showed me the downspout was blocked then poured water down the downspout. He snaked out the downspout and this was the cause of the water getting in the basement for years. Yes I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A HANDYMAN"
