"The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.

If CHW had only found Eugene 2 months earlier when Claim initiated instead of wasting time with the 1st 2 no-show technicians, B. offers for me to find and pay for service on my own. The requirements to take pictures and submit detailed descriptions of work estimated to get approved before getting okay to start. C. The 5 contacted refused to do that. D. The result of this terrible service by CHW was the cancellation entirely of our Georgia home 6 year policy and decrease the Oregon 6 year policy to only one year. E. Despite how badly CHW handled this Claim, Eugene Handyman LLC was everything one could expect from a service technician, and we expected this type of service from CHW from the beginning."
