The first time he went to our house, we realized that my window was oversized and the AC we bought didn't come with extensions big enough to fully insulated the rest of the window after the AC was placed in position. There was nothing more that he could have done for us that day but he recommended some appliances and other insulating materials that we could buy to fix the problem. I ordered the parts that he requested and the day that the parts were delivered, David came back to our apartment to finish the installation. Despite the issue that he encountered installing our AC, David was able to find a solution and even made a second trip to finish the installation for us.
