"Great! I struggled for more than a year trying to find someone to come and do this work on my steps. It got so bad that I was afraid the steps would collapse under me. Postal carriers and delivery people wouldn't walk on them either, that's how bad they were. I did yet another search for help and came Doors.R.Us and their associated handyman service. I sent a note and got a response shockingly fast. Rod scheduled a time with me to come look at my project. On that day when he knew he was behind schedule, he let me know right away. Communication is really important and they understand that. They performed the work quickly and I'm happy to say my steps are much safer. I will not hesitate to hire them again for future work. "Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). He has assembled a great team, and we really appreciate the working relationships we've seen that have been established with all of them."

"They were extremely prompt and professional. I found their responsiveness refreshing and found them to be trustworthy and at enjoyed my interaction with them.  They were one of the few contractors that didn't seem to try and make me feel like my project was not worth their time or energy. 
I did not go with them, but that was more because I felt like i wanted to try and see if I could do enough of the work to offset some of the costs.  While i hope i won't regret too much not going with them, i can very well see myself going right to them if i thought i had a project that was more appropriate.
