Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. "They were extremely prompt and professional. I found their responsiveness refreshing and found them to be trustworthy and at enjoyed my interaction with them.  They were one of the few contractors that didn't seem to try and make me feel like my project was not worth their time or energy. 
I did not go with them, but that was more because I felt like i wanted to try and see if I could do enough of the work to offset some of the costs.  While i hope i won't regret too much not going with them, i can very well see myself going right to them if i thought i had a project that was more appropriate.
