"We couldn't be happier with the service! They took great care in ensuring our furniture was wrapped and padded and that our boxes were properly taped. Not a single thing was marred or broken. The guys (Alex, Fred, Sammy and Victor) moved some large and heavy, multiple-piece items. They broke everything down and then reassembled. This was an all day job that required 4 guys and 2 trucks. Very affordable considering everything that had to be done. The guys were respectful, friendly and hard-working. We will definitely hire them again!!!"

If CHW had only found Eugene 2 months earlier when Claim initiated instead of wasting time with the 1st 2 no-show technicians, B. offers for me to find and pay for service on my own. The requirements to take pictures and submit detailed descriptions of work estimated to get approved before getting okay to start. C. The 5 contacted refused to do that. D. The result of this terrible service by CHW was the cancellation entirely of our Georgia home 6 year policy and decrease the Oregon 6 year policy to only one year. E. Despite how badly CHW handled this Claim, Eugene Handyman LLC was everything one could expect from a service technician, and we expected this type of service from CHW from the beginning."
