"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further.
