"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. I called James at 8:20 am Saturday morning. He said he had two others ahead of me but would be at my house at 1:00 pm. He called at 12:50 to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:55. What a pleasure to have someone show up on time, For the next 3+ hours, James worked on all three of my computers. The first computer had 6 viruses which were downloaded when we tried to download an internet game. James removed the viruses, showed me how to prevent this from happening in the future, and then correctly installed the internet game. IN addition, he updated all programs, removed unnecessary programs, and installed

new programs to improve the quality. Jim then did the same work on my other two computers, one of which was found to have 232 viruses.
I am not computer literate; therefore, I cannot recall the details of additional work James did on all 3 computers. All I know is the computers are running smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable.
I will use James in the future, and highly recommend him to others.

At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric.
