"We called Grove Heating and Cooling and appointment was able to be scheduled for an estimate within a few days. Mr. Kelly came to provide estimate and give recommendations for lower level heating/cooling. Estimate was reasonable. The job was scheduled within one week. Workers arrived on time, were considerate of the newly installed carpet by wearing shoe covers. Worked diligently and completed the job ahead of the estimated time (6 hours instead of 8 hours). Cleaned the work area. Foreman for the job explained what had been done, showed me the completed work. Very professional. Would definitely recommend."

Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... "I had a high efficacy heat pump system installed by ARS 11/2 ago. I am used to gas furnace so understanding how heat pump works is an education. The mechanic was very patient in explaining how it works and what to look for if there is an issue. Of course this cold season a got an high unexpected bill from the electric company and was baffled because of the amount I spent on this high efficiency unit. They came out looked at and found no issue. They explained this was a very unusual cold season and the unit performed accordingly for sub freezing condition. They did leave a card and said if I see anytjing that look unusual please give them a call asap. The mechanic was very knowledgeable."

The system was 25 years old and was going to cost 700 dollars to make a repair that had already been repaired once before we bought our home. After discussing our options with Ryan we decided to replace our furnace and AC unit instead of risking future issues and pouring more money in to an old system. He gave us a very reasonable price on a two stage system that is much more energy efficient than our existing unit and did not even charge us for the repair of our current system since we decided to buy a new unit. They have a 5 year labor warranty on their work which is far better than most companies that only offer a one or two year warranty. The install team was very courteous and polite, always wearing shoe covers and taking down decorations or moving stuff to avoid damage while coming in and out.
