"Sam was great. Had a extremely dirty system that would not function correctly or blow cold air. Had High Ridge Heating and Cooling here as he has done work before for me and parents. He took one look and stated we needed to replace entire a/c furnace unit for $3100. Told us it would cost about the same to clean. No way I could afford that so went on Angie's List to find someone and read Sam's review's. He came out and told me the cost at $425 to clean. Which was fantastic. He spent about 2 1/2 to 3 hours and did a wonderful job. Ended up paying total $625 once he was done and asked me before doing anything additional that would cost more. Also since our unit didn't have valves on system to reuse our refrigerant he had to put new in which was part of price increase. Sam, thanks so mich for not trying to take advantage."

"I’ve used this company twice. My husband has a medical condition that is affected by heat. The first time the air conditioner wasn’t working they made every effort to assess the problem immediately when I explained the medical condition. At the time they corrected the problem I was advised the system was probably 20 years old and we may have to consider a new system soon. The second time I contacted Comfortable Carla’s was about 4-6 weeks later when the system wasn’t working again. This lead to a system replacement. I was provided with different options, my questions were answered and the installation was completed as quickly as possible, especially in view of my husband’s medical issue. The staff was was professional, efficient and kept me apprised all throughout the process. I highly recommend this company."

"Very professional and knowledgeable. Repaired unit and educated me on tips to help maintain it as well. Pointed out issues with the unit installation which was installed in 2006. From condensation line hooked up wrong to finding a filter in the base of the unit, which belonged to the electronic filter system (unit is shipped with filters inside base). Then the air intake line for the heat pump unit never hooked up or ran to outside, and more. I can't say enough."

"The repairman arrived when indicated; he was professional and informative. He let us know that there is a class action suit against re: a flaw in the mechanism of the ice maker. He thawed the ice maker and stated that it would work about three to six months; however, it has never worked. We're chalking this up to the recall issue. The dryer doesn't heat as well as it originally did; although, the heating element is new. Occasionally, after a full cycle, items have come out wet, which is why we are marking quality as "Fair". We need to contact All American about this problem, but we haven't as we have been out of town. We'll call next week and hope to have the issue resolved at that time."

"John contacted me immediately after I submitted my project to Angi and came out later that same day to do an AC tune-up. He was professional, easy to work with, and respectful of the property. He diagnosed a few issues and possible solutions at varying price points, and went into the pros/cons of each one. I plan on having him come back this fall to check our furnaces."
