"Gil, RAF and Luis installed a new Lenox furnace/AC in my condo yesterday. They were here on time, worked quickly and were done earlier than I expected. All my interactions with them were informative and friendly and at the conclusion of the installation they took the time to show me, and explain to me what they had done. The new thermostat is a bit of a challenge, but they got me started in the setup process so that I could complete it. "It was a delight to deal with Bill Duggan of Quarry Hills rather than any of the large companies. They sent salespeople, but Bill came himself to bid on the job. He was very flexible and attentive to what we wanted. We wanted heat pumps that would be efficient at low temperatures, so he searched for and found the right hardware for us. He worked closely with us to build the system that we wanted. Bill originally thought we would be without a heat for a week, but he figured out how to do all the preliminary work in advance, so he could get the old equipment out and the new equipment in within a day. He and his crew worked very hard and long into the night. We're very happy with our new system."

"The service tech was great, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. The system is running fine now. I was very satisfied the his performance then I signed up for an annual maintenance contract. for about $200.00. He said the contract would be emailed along with my receipt by email. I got the receipt but no contract. I sent an email asking for the contract and I have received nothing after over a week."
