Cody the owner came to my home to replace a couple of outdoor outlets that were old and the plug had to be â just rightâ to have anything work. He also replaced an outlet in the bathroom that was clicking when specific items were plugged in. While here he did an examination of my electric panel and didnâ t try to upsell me to replace it now, even though it is a bit older but in great shape. "I called Kathleen after hours and explained what I needed. She was upfront with the cost and was very friendly. She said she would call me the next day with a time when the technician would be over. She did just that. Taylor, came and got the furnace working. He was very friendly, respectful, and nice to work for. They were the only company that gave me labor rates. Every one else refused to give that to me even though the parts for my furnace was covered under warranty."

"We had 3 different things done and it took over a day to complete them all. We put in shut-offs at a sink and a new ejector pump in our basement. The biggest project was installing a water heater. We were replacing an old gravity system and went with a power vent. We selected a hybrid water heater as it sound like the best option for us and is supposed to be very energy efficient. Not sure yet on the efficiency, but the heater is on the highest temp setting and we cannot even fill a bathtub with hot water. There are only two of us in the house and it doesn't seem like it can keep up. The technician was very courteous, but he had not installed one of these hybrids before. This was not a cheap unit and we are not happy with it. Update: After my initial review, MN Plumbing and Heating sent a technician to look at our water heater. He agreed based on my assessment that the heater should be performing better. He checked all of the settings, verified the water temp and the flow rate. Everything checked out with that so he looked at our faucets. We have a bathroom that hasn't been remodeled yet and has old faucets. Sure enough the tub faucet has a very high flow rate that basically will not allow any water heater to keep up. Thanks for coming back out and taking the time to verify the installation and explaining the situation!"

"AC went out during a heat wave. Filled out the home advisor request at 5am and got a call from the shop 30min later saying they could come out that morning. Loved the responsiveness. Technician determined the blower motor was dead and replaced it as well as looked over the AC unit itself. Cost of parts was standard and cost of labor was very reasonable. Was treated very well in a time of desperation."
