"Grove Heating & Cooling came to the rescue 5/17 after another local company couldn't complete the job. We needed our heat pump/compressor moved for the installation of a patio then reconnected. The "other" company disconnected then couldn't schedule to finish even after giving them a months notice ahead of time. We found Grove and gave them a call. It was after hours and the on-call tech returned the call. He wasn't able to come out that night but made sure to call to schedule the very next morning. By noon we had service to reconnect the heat pump and 3 hours later we were up and running. Everyone at Grove were so responsive and went out of their way to make sure we felt like a priority. You can really tell why they have been in business as long as they have been with how well they treat their customers on top of being technically proficient. Our family is now a super fan and advocate for Grove. Highly Recommended! Mike"

Addis HVAC called me immediately after I requested service on Home Advisor (that was Thursday). The appointment was on a Friday, the price was right so we scheduled the installation to replace my HVAC system for Saturday. Adugna and his crew arrived promply Saturday morning, replaced my system and I had air by Saturday evening. Excellent service, the crew wore masks, gloves and foot coverings. "I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."
