"I called Mike early one morning and left a message to inquire about his service that was on Angie's List.  He called me back within 10 minutes ( it took that long because his office was not open when I called). I told him that this service needed to be done right away because it was at a rental property and they had no heat.  He went that day to look at the problem and called me back in just a few hours.  He said that because the unit was as old as it was that he was not able to get parts that were not original equipment parts but had gone to his provider and they had parts in stock if I wanted to go that scenerio.  He quoted me a price for parts and labor to do the job, which I thought was very reasonable, and I told him to go ahead and finish the job.  He went out the next morning, in the pouring rain, and had heat in the condo by that afternoon.  I certainly appreciated his professionalism, honest and work ethic.  Since I have other rental property, I will certainly call him again.

"They are a busy company and I can understand why. It seemed like things were slow but a lot was going on behind what I could visualize. The permits and the Net metering agreement had to be approved first. After that the work began very fast. The waiting on Duke energy was a couple weeks after everything was installed but the results were extremely good. I now have a system that cools the house properly. My power bills went from $320 a month to $9.18 and even with the solar payment I am saving hundreds of dollars a month. The crews were very professional and did not take any short cuts. In this world everyone wants immediate installation and results but somethings take a little time to achieve the results expected. The company kept me up to date with the progress and the channels they had to go through to complete the process. They are very customer oriented and I would recommend them to anyone who was to save money. You have to have long term goals. Mine are going to be achieved with the help of U S Energy solutions. "We purchased a new Clayton home in late 2023 and everything seemed good at first. After several times over a year of having HVAC techs from Clayton come out for a cooling issue, eventually the warranty ran out on the AC. "Cody & EJ arrived earlier than scheduled and provided truly top notch, white glove level service. They went above and beyond to follow Covid distancing protocols and promptly put booties over their shoes. They were a sight for sore eyes after 3 days of no A/C in Mid-June in the S.C. heat. They were able to quickly diagnose a stuck pin and then get the unit going and recharged quickly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone."
