"I called Mike early one morning and left a message to inquire about his service that was on Angie's List.  He called me back within 10 minutes ( it took that long because his office was not open when I called). I told him that this service needed to be done right away because it was at a rental property and they had no heat.  He went that day to look at the problem and called me back in just a few hours.  He said that because the unit was as old as it was that he was not able to get parts that were not original equipment parts but had gone to his provider and they had parts in stock if I wanted to go that scenerio.  He quoted me a price for parts and labor to do the job, which I thought was very reasonable, and I told him to go ahead and finish the job.  He went out the next morning, in the pouring rain, and had heat in the condo by that afternoon.  I certainly appreciated his professionalism, honest and work ethic.  Since I have other rental property, I will certainly call him again.

"They are a busy company and I can understand why. It seemed like things were slow but a lot was going on behind what I could visualize. The permits and the Net metering agreement had to be approved first. After that the work began very fast. The waiting on Duke energy was a couple weeks after everything was installed but the results were extremely good. I now have a system that cools the house properly. Knowlegable sale rep who was able to put together a better package combining a varible speed air handler with suggested heat pump to achieve the desired syatem seer efficiency for less than competitors larger and more expensive units with the single and two stage handler.
