He was polite, professional and well prepared. He explained what he would be doing and gave me a timeframe of about an hour. The work was completed in just over an hour. "Cleaned the ducts but said they would have to charge me again and come back and clean the ducts to my second system. I don't have a second system! But they insisted I did. So I feel they probably only cleaned half the ducts. I called the owner and he assured me he would figure it out and I never heard from him again"

I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
