"I am a new customer with Service Professor, Inc. as of May 2021. In each of three service calls for routine system checks of my HVAC, plumbing, and furnace systems, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the professionalism of the individual tradesmen or with the customer service communication provided by friendly and patient office staff. This review is being posted especially to praise the exceptional routine service call provided by John Courtney on 10/11/2021. John presented as being a good listener and one who genuinely enjoyed his work and serving others. For example, he listened carefully to my questions and responded with detailed information that I could understand easily. And, after I commented to John about my previous positive interactions with Service Professor, Inc. tradesmen and with customer service staff, John responded by stating he has worked in the heating and cooling trade for 12 years and felt very fortunate, as a newer employee, to be able to work for an organization such as Service Professor that places caring and quality customer service communication among its most important priorities. "Very knowledgeable, very thorough with the quote, the price the gave me was the price I paid, the a/c was installed 5 days later when I got back from vacation and was completed in 4 hours only because the coil they had was slightly bigger than the enclosure. "I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. Jim is a very capable and experienced computer analyst that will get after your problem because he fully understands the importance of, and the need to have a working computer in the house.
