"This is an excellent company. We have used them for year to service our heating and air conditioning units. It became necessary to think about replacing the units. We have two. Decided to replace both at the same time. They came out on a Monday and gave us an estimate and came out on Thursday and Friday to do the work. They totally cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working properly. Then they called a few days later to see that everything was working well. I highly recommend this company. All the technicians are polite and competent. The office staff is nice beyond belief. If you need any heating/AC work done, this is the company to do it."

"Everything went great. My AC died and it was close to 20 years old so I wanted the whole unit replaced. I have 4 young kids so no AC in the summer was not a pleasant option. The owner came out on site the day we called and was able to have the new unit installed the next day. I have dealt with many HVAC companies in the past as an Insurance Adjuster. Very knowledgeable, patiently, friendly and nice person, answer all my questions. Later on, we decided to replace the whole new system with fair price and wasn’t ripped off as others. "Overall the job went well. We needed a new HVAC system which included a new gas furnace and new AC unit. The sales rep was punctual and responsive to questions. The installation team was punctual as well. The B ratings in some categories is due mostly to communication issues to occurred. Apparently some of the things the sales rep agreed to with us were not communicated to the installation team, so when they invited me down to inspect the work three minor items had not been completed. After I brought it up, the installation team offered to do the work in order to ensure I was satisfied, but they also brought up some valid points on why having that work done may not be what I actually wanted. Therefore I was confused. After calling the company main office, the owner owner called me back within 30 minutes to talk through options to ensure I was satisfied with the job. We agreed that two minor items didn't need to be changed, and he offered an upgrade on the third item, at no additional cost to achieve the functionality that was missing from the third minor item. That component was installed the next day. Lastly, the installation team missed some small trash items when they cleaned up the exterior part of the job."
