"I planned to change out my old standard water heater with a tankless unit some time this year. Got an ad last month advertising JL Anderson does this so out of curiosity I called for an estimate and met with Richard a few days later. I didn't realize until speaking with them this new style requires slightly different venting and plumbing but Anderson could oversee the whole thing. Because they handled the entire installation of my HVAC system a few years back and did a great job I knew they'd be perfect to do this install. We're loving this new system already and can't wait to see the benefits it shows over time. "We were in the market for a complete system & researched several companies. A-1 was the only company to suggest a "Hybrid" system. ( Gas furnace with a heat pump) They explained how the "Hybrid" system worked & how it would affect our utility bills. We did some research on our own & found it to be the best type of system for the local weather conditions here in Champaign, IL..A-1 came in, took out the old system. They installed the new system, including a touch screen thermostat. A- 1 was on time, very professional & went above and beyond what we expected them to do. The old AC was kind of tilted on the ground and they broke the dirt down and completely leveled the ground before installing the new heat pump. We are very pleased with how the system works and that it does exactly what A-1 said it would. Have recommended A-1 to people we know who will be in the market for their kind of services."

Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. "The Technician seem to know his job and seems very experienced in it. He explained why the furnace was not allowing heat to through. There was a part that had to be checked every few years and cleaned. And he did it put the back inside the furnace and the heat started."
