"After meeting Ron the owner, he educated me of the benefits of replacing my 25 year old oil furnace and central air unit with a very efficient HEAT PUMP/AC unit. A real no Brainer decision. All electric, energy star rated and no more fuel oil. After a very reasonable quote, with veterans discount, I said I'm in. Two of his Team showed up on a Wednesday around 8am and by Friday around Noon my AC was on. Friendly, professional, attention to detail. "Scott was wonderful to work with. He first tried to give me a self fix over the phone to same me a maintenance call. This did not work so I called Scott back to schedule an appointment. Scott came out the following morning and identified the issue was more complex after his own inspection. He fixed the issue and gave me some tips on self maintenance for my Heat Pump heating and cooling unit. I would highly recommend Scotti Mechanical Service and will definitely using Scott for future routine maintenance and/or other issues with my heating and cooling system."
