He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. "No work was performed. Angie's List has been unable to remove this from my account and I'm tired of the popups. The service coupon was offered from a vendor on the West Coast to me in VA. The company name is exactly as one listed in VA so I errantly purchased the coupon. Angie's List refunded the money but multiple attempts to remove this aborted service scheduling have failed. This is my attempt at removing it from the system and quit nagging me EVERY time I log in to write a review.
