"Our dryer went out due to overheating of the element. Contacted our appliance repair and they told us it was due to the dryer vent being clogged and preventing heat to go out.  I emailed Sharon on Monday evening, not expecting a response until morning however, she called almost 5 minutes after I hit send on the email.
Sharon told me should could be out at 9 on Wednesday and complete the job.  At 855 she pulled up in the driveway, unloaded here equipment and within the hour (at the most) she was done, cleaned up, and gone.  A very professional individual and will call her annually now to get this done.  I have also provided her name and number to several friends.

It turned out that there is an unusual way to light the fireplace due to some attempted transition by a previous owner that was not completed. He showed me how to light the fireplace. "It has been over a year and everything has been fine. There has been no odor of any gas at all. I thought that they did a great job. I think our gas logs are much cleaner than wood burning. It looks really nice and still give off heat without the fuss of smoke or cleaning up fireplace ashes. You do have to re-light the pilot light if it goes out. I don't remember the price as it has been a while since it was done."
