Clayton answered my call and patiently walked me through multiple steps to correct the issue. With newborn babies in the home, the loss of heat required urgent attention and Clayton exceeded my expectations. Although this newer equipment in a newer home was installed by another local HVAC company, I knew Doty from previous experience living in the area and was confident superior service would be provided. "The company sent an email a few days before the (scheduled) service call with a picture of the technician. The technician called about 15 minutes before the appointment to let me know he would be there soon. He showed up exactly on time. Herb, the technician was professional in conduct and appearance and in every way. he was knowledgeable and went about conducting the service call despite being pestered by my dog. After the service, Herb discussed his findings with me and answered a few of my questions on future work I want to have done on my system. Herb never gave me a hard sell on services or plans, which I really appreciate. In all he spent 2 hours on the call for the coupon price of 68$. I will definitely use this company in the future.

"When Adam arrived, he walked around the house and pointed out that due to the way our house was situated (high on a hill, with water run-off all around), we are likely to never have serious sump pump problems.  (Indeed, in 20 years we've rarely even seen any water in our sump crock, even when adjacent areas are flooding.)  His recommendation was to avoid getting the expensive backup sump pump but to instead install a new sump pump (around $350) and use an existing (old electric) sump pump as a backup system.  
In addition he gave us good advice about our old hot water heater, which he will replace for us next week.
