"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. I called them again this morning because the overflow tank was leaking water--today is a Saturday after a snowstorm--and Dave and his crew came out a few hours later and repaired the entire thing. (A serious and complicated job.) I'm grateful for the speed and professionalism Dawson Mechanical Contracting showed. My heat is working again, and the price was fair. "The entire process was flawless. In the proposal stage, I was given 4 options detailing prices and differences in each option in great detail. There was also an explanation of why I needed a chimney liner. We signed the contract and work was started almost immediately. I was contacted via text and email with a description of all the techs being dispatched including photos and background information. The techs arrived as stated. My furnace was over 50 years old and in poor shape. The job site was prepared and all the old components were removed leaving the site as clean or cleaner than when they started. The tech fully tested the heat and air conditioning systems and showed me how to use and set up the programmable thermostat. Great job all around."

"Work went well. Technician returned my call promptly, and came when he said he would. He explained each of the steps and checks that he goes through. Once he started his work, right away, he was able to confirm that the reason the furnace wasn't working was due to a faulty ignitor. He replace the ignitor piece. The work itself took about 15-20 minutes. The technician was prompt, friendly and professional, but I thought that the cost was excessive, given that the work itself took all of 10-15 minutes (he basically unscrewed the old ignitor and screwed in the new ignitor; albeit it took a bit of jiggling to get the old ignitor out), given that you can purchase one for $34 on Amazon (Goodman furnace brand). The total cost included a $156 service charge (exclusive of parts and labor) since the call was on a weekend morning."

"Called for broken gas furnace. Came out and efficiently fixed the problem the same day. Would use again for repairs. They offered to deduct the price of the repair of a new system if we decided to change out the system since it is 18 years old. While the sales person was very nice and professional, he was a little pushy trying to sell us a system. Has called back numerous times. We ended up using somebody else who was offering a more efficient Lennox system (the brand Pipeworks was selling) for a few grand less."

"I would highly rate the company. My furnace was working, so I hired another company to diagnose it. The service person came and removed the motor. He stated that the motor needs to be replaced and will cost me $1500 to do so. Since my furnace is old, it is better I replace it and will cost me $5000 for a new furnace. He charged me $170 for coming and left the motor outside the furnace stating since it is not working, there is no point putting it back. So, I called 5-6 other companies for a quote and everybody gave me the same ball park number. I had got a promotional offer from Advanced Professional, so I wanted to give them a try. From the very first call, Advanced Professional was truly professional. Valentina was extremely courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Joey was the technician that came over. He tested the motor and stated that there is nothing wrong with it. It is the capacitor that is not working. He replaced the capacitor and placed the motor back to the furnace and my furnace was working. It is now a week since I called Advanced Professional and I am very happy with their services. I gave a C to Punctuality. But now I can understand why they are in so much demand. I have saved their number and would definitely call them again if I need to."
