"We added a spacious garage to our home and wanted to install a mini split system while relocating our existing air conditioning unit. Since my husband and I were new to mini splits, we had plenty of questions. Taylor the owner of Shaffer’s heat and air was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the best system for our house and garage. They sent Stephen out to handle the installation, and Stephen arrived right on schedule, proving to be both friendly and efficient. The project took two days, and on the second day, Taylor joined Stephen to wrap things up. They worked seamlessly together, completing the job on time with everything looking tidy and well-organized.
