We had several problems including insufficient air flow to a newly enclosed porch and problematic duct work. He advised a new system and presented options at various price points, after a careful analysis of our home, attic and crawlspace. While we could probably have gotten this all done for less money, we are completely satisfied with the results. Jason and all the workers were nice, professional and competent. "Person scheduled to come did not and replacement person found new repairs to be done. I had to haggle on the price since it went up drastically. When he left after repairing the contactor and capacitor and "cleaning" the unit (running a hose over the coils), AC unit froze over and damaged the furnace. Now we have to replace the whole system when the furnace was in good shape."

So I feel they probably only cleaned half the ducts. I called the owner and he assured me he would figure it out and I never heard from him again"

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"All went well with the exception of the installer's early arrival due to the summer heat and all the work he had to do on this install date. I should have scheduled him later in the year, rather than in the summer, as the heat prohibits someone from working too late in the day up in an attic in Atlanta.
