"I had been planning on getting the above items taken care of, but had not yet contacted any plumbers b/c the plumber (found thru Angie's List) I had previously used and I really liked was no longer in business. I have had some past experiences with plumbers involving outrageous pricing so I was in no hurry to go thru that process again. However, while my bathroom sink had been draining slowly it then became totally plugged up, so I now needed to get this work done. So I did some research on Angie's List and got a couple of estimates from highly rated Plumbers. Rob was prompt in getting back to me and we got an appointment set up for him to provide an estimate. Rob showed up on time on a Fri and hIs price was better than the other estimate, but more importantly he was very personable, so I accepted and we set a date the following Tues when my wife would be home. Rob and his helper arrive on time and were very professional, nice and pleasant while doing the work. They spent the entire day doing the work cleaned up after themselves and everything was as expected. I will not hesitate to call Rob with any any future plumbing, heating and air conditioning work and would probably not even bother to get another estimate b/c of this experience with Rob's fair pricing, quality of work, and great personal skills.

"I called in the late morning and the friendly office person took down all my information and gave me a window of time between 2-4 PM. She later called and said that the serviceman got done early with his morning job and would like to know if he can come earlier. The repairman, Andrew, was professional and knowledgeable. He opened the heating system access doors and found an error code. He promptly fixed the issue and also cleaned another part, which he said could give problems in the future. He took the time to explain why the problem occurred and what he did to fix it. He also took down the make/model of the heating system in case it needs more work in the future. Since there were not parts required, I was only charged the minimum service fee. The heat is working solidly now."
