I always gets a text and email the day before the scheduled service visit, as well as about 30 minutes before they are due to arrive. "First, my project was to install, from scratch, a new HVAC system, including ducting, with tha furnace in basement (initially, it was upstears in a closed). Last year and early this year, I got 3 contractors on site, by direct call, and none of them answered my spefic questions but taking pictures and promising that will send an estimate. I never got it. I was getting anxious. So I got the idea go to Angi. First visit I got in the same day I put my request on Angie's site, called his boss advice me to just change the furnace.
