"Happy to say I finally found someone reliable, he said he's coming at 8 he was there by 8:15 (not like the other guys that gave me a 4 hour window of when they "may show up if we have time") he was well priced and when he finished the work he actually cleaned up after himself 10/10 would hire him again for future projects."

"In July, your non emergency A/C replacement has to come after emergencies. We were flexible with that. How can anyone say another home has to do without while we upgrade? But we had a drop dead date when we were going out of town, and someone would be house and pet sitting for us. We couldn't leave them potentially with no air. So they got it done well in advance and in time to make some adjustments. The Trane A/C they installed is the most efficient model available from Trane and it is spectacular The total install, including the inside unit and the garage roof unit took about 7 hours. They brought portable A/C for downstairs and upstairs and the house cooled down very quickly with out new A/C. The owner and one of his staff did the install. All employees including office staff have been just great and amazing to work with. What a pleasure."
