"I had Shanks Heating and Cooling install a new GeoThermal unit at my home. They were amazing. From start to finish Each team member was respectful and professional. "We had them install a new ac unit, and then the next week the furnace went out. AC was installed with no problems. The furnace was a 10 hour job ( on a 30 year old ugly hard to reach furnace) . The guys worked hard and were exhausted. We had a hiccup with the air the next day and Rodne came out and got it fixed, just a wire that was not hooked back up after the furnace was installed, to be honest it was a bit of an irritation the next day, BUT they guys worked their behinds off the night before. Would definitely hire again. Great group of guys. Very hard working, Definitely worth hiring this group, if it isn't perfect they will make sure it is...."
