"Last year (2021), I hired Casteel to upgrade my HVAC system, tankless water heater, update the pipes in my basement, install a pump for washing machine and bring my electricity. I have a brink home the was built in 1955 and had not had any major repairs since 1985. Everyone I spoke to during the process of consulting and repair was professional, kind and courteous. "I had 3 companies review my HVAC system and they all diagnosed my issue incorrectly. My system was 2 years old at the time and they all told me to just buy and replace everything (mainly just to sell their own product and make a couple thousand in profit). Luckily I booked him before I took their advice and he actually was able to get my system back up and running. I havenâ t had a problem since. He even offered to put freon in my system when ever I think it needs it. You canâ t find too many people like that. You would think bigger companies would have more honest workers since they have the capital and brand recognition to stay profitable but no.
