"Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."

"We decided to add central air to our house. I called sure-temp as they installed our furnace 4 years ago. Based on my furnace experience, I expected a quote from a polite, professional person and that is exactly what I got. Interestingly enough, I mentioned to the estimator that I felt that Sure Temp was very reasonable with their products and pricing. He said quite bluntly that they were not necessarily the cheapest but that they worked hard to support everything that they sell. To be safe, I had 2 other companies do an assessment. While a month and a half later I have yet to hear from one company, the second was $200.00 more for a similarly featured competitive model. Add the 36 month interest free financing and I am happy. To be honest, the estimators from all 3 companies were professional in their work.
Ok. Back to sure temp. The quote came to me within 2 days. After doing my due diligence, I contacted Sure Temp to confirm, got approved and within a week the install was completed. Talk about fast! The installers arrived early and were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

"After an extensive process of having different contractors evaluate my home & submit their estimates for the installation of a Bosch tankless boiler/water heater combination unit as well as new baseboard heating, I selected AStar Heating & Cooling. Their staff impressed me from start to finish. Initially, I met Aaron who provided a thorough explanation of how the work would be done, offered other options that I did not know of or considered at the time, and provided a fair estimate that was similar to most of the other contractors. Next, when the time came for the projects to be completed, the technicians, Robert & Trevor, were on point. They always arrived in a timely manner & started working right away. They worked efficiently & quickly to get the projects done in the time frame promised. However, they did not rush, they took pride in their work & made every effort to make sure the work was completed neatly & done properly, as they thoroughly tested out the systems to make sure their were no issues/problems in their setup & performance. At the end of each workday, they made sure to clean up the job site & were very mindful in not dirtying my new floors by wearing plastic booties whenever they had to walk over them.
