"upon seeing the aged heat pump unit all other vendors immediately began their sales pitch. Jamie was the only professional who actually opened up my old electric heat pump and checked the unit for problems. Considering its age and the discovery of multiple electrical problems with the unit It was an easy decision to have him replace the entire heating and cooling system with a new electric heat pump. great job.
