"On Christmas Eve, our furnace, well past its warranty, began to fail. Shavitz responded quickly, and the technician, Ramiro, was able to provide a temporary fix to ensure we had reliable heat. We didn't want to make a decision about replacing the furnace and Shavitz suggested a much less expensive option - cleaning the coils and installing a better filter. Based on our initial positive experience, we requested Ramiro perform the additional work. The process required most of a day, and Ramiro was again punctual, efficient, and professional.
