"This is at least the second time I've used Metzgers and they are great. My furnace made a terrible squeaking/whining sound New Year's Day night and because I wasn't sure what it was I turned it off.  I called them first thing in the morning and I know they were swamped with jobs that day since it was the day after a holiday.  And, to complicate matters, I had to leave my house at 12:45 that day.  The woman I spoke to was very pleasant and said she would have a technician come out by noon.  She called around 10:00 to say Nathan would be at my home shortly.  Nathan is the same gentleman who fixed my air conditioner in 2013.  He has a very calm and easy manner about him and listened to my description of the sound the furnace made and determined was something that was loose and just needed to have some silicone put on it.  I asked if he would ck the filter and he did (and it needed to be replaced) and then took care of cleaning some other part that he said would be a good preventative.  He was here less than 30 minutes and the furnace no longer made the weird sound and everything had a happy ending!  :)

"Prompt, very friendly, They knew the equipment very well. Did the job faster than told when they started, and they needed to run 3 new heat air runs ! Very profesional work ( I work in maintenance and know a quality job) They cleaned up after themselves, removed old unit and took it with them. I could not be more happy with the job they done. If I every need servicing of the furnace in the years to come, I would spend the exta cost of travel to have those guys fix the furnace. "Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen!  What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection.  Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data.  And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.
