"Well this is an easy review to write. I received bids from no fewer than 5 companies, and had a wide range of experiences. But SoCal Climate Control, was second lowest in price (the lowest was for much lesser quality equipment), but highest in value. I have a home built in the 40's, and while they asked about/ offered other services, it never had the feeling of an up-sale. In fact, they said I was over buying initially (what I asked for). I followed their advise and couldn't be happier. I replace 3 window AC units with a 4 head 3.5 ton mini split system. I had it installed in early May (it is now December) and this had to be the most comfortable summer ever in this house. The units in the bedrooms are so quiet I can hear quartz wall clocks ticking over them. They are also heat pumps, which will also replace my gas wall furnace. "This HVAC company is honest and professional, definitely the one to hire. I had another company replace my A/C units last summer and level the furnace, but the system broke down after 6 months. There were several parts of the system that they failed to repair or even inform me about. Reese spent the time to give me a fair and accurate estimate, and even encouraged me to get other estimates before hiring them! Lance the installer came out to replace my old furnace and repair a few parts of the A/C system that had been slapped together, but he went above and beyond to expand my attic access, improve the drainage and bring the whole system up to code. "Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen!  What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection.  Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data.  And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"They sell to you a filter to your furnace that is metal that is supposed to be a strong benefit over the throw away kind. This is kind of controversial. You have to take it out and hose it down. I stopped using it on the advice of my air conditioning installer."
