We were able to make a decision about replacing the unit without the pressure that some companies employ. A very clear proposal and estimate was sent and the work was scheduled. They came when they said they were coming and It took three people to remove and replace the furnace over 2 days in the bitter cold. They were very conscious about cleaning up during and after they completed the installation. The thermostats also needed replacements and we had a problem due to the wiring.
