"These guys were outstanding. The install took a little longer than expected as they didn't bring a high altitude kit for the furnace and had to drive from Flagstaff to Phoenix to pick one up. While this left us without heat for the night, we were offered a hotel or space heaters which they went to Walmart to pick up 3 for our family to use during the night, which was very much appreciated. With the exception of that delay, the work was exemplary. We had both a furnace and a/c install. It was done efficiently and with care. Any mess was completely cleaned before departure. Both installers were pleasant and explained everything before the install took place. I would use them again myself and recommend them without hesitation."

The water was not reaching the cooler, and it was very, very hot in my home, and my backup, room-sized AC units didn't even phase the 100+ temps outside. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway.
