They came out removed the old air handler so we could repair the closet. When we had the closet repaired, they were back out to fix the duct work and remove and replace the heat pump system. Brian and his helper were very professional and did an awesome job. Arrived on time. Cleaned up the job site. Just very nice, professional and personable. "A year ago they responded to an SOS related to a full A/C failure. They were prompt and professional. It took several days, in the heat of the summer, till they were able to fix it, but they had to get a part from the west coast so we sweated through the ordeal. While they were working on replacing the main board, I also engaged them to clean the system. I thought the charge was high ($1000), but needed it done. A year later, one of the A/C mini-split heads stopped working. They came the next day. I paid $200 for them to trouble shoot it, which took approximately 20 minutes. (Subsequently another A/C service charged me only $95 to trouble shoot!) They said they would order the part and get back to me. After I week, I had not heard from them. When I called they said they could get the part but it would take 4-6 weeks. I said okay. What could I say. I left it in their trustworthy hands. After 6 weeks I heard nothing from them. I called. I left 4 messages, which were all unreturned. On the 5th try, someone answered. He said he couldn't get the part. Would have been nice to know that 5 weeks ago. Still puzzled why they didn't communicate with me and thus the low review. I have to say that I thought they were really nice people, but obviously my business wasn't that important to them. So be it. But a little courtesy and honesty would go a long way when servicing a small community like Key West. Because of the later incident, I wanted to give them an F, but that wouldn't be fair. If you're lucky, have deep pockets, and the problem isn't complicated, they are okay. Just be aware. I thought I had actually found a reliable service, but that wasn't the case."

"I recently installed a Bose speaker system and the connections were a rats nest of wires and it needed to be balanced. Seth came and rewired the system and balanced the system, including the surround sound speakers in the ceiling. I had two extra Bose speakers that I wanted to use in my bedroom, so Seth brought a used Denon receiver and also provided a 15 foot HDMI cable that we needed for the set up. Seth is great to work with and he completed whole setup in the two hour time frame. I was so lucky to find him on the Angie's List.
