"Mike from Fast Response came to my home. first thing, great guy. After Mike tested the small things, like fuse first. Would have been cheapest fix. but not. I finally decided to replace my unit. I got three estimates, $15,000 from a "big" name, $8000 and the fast response quote 0f $6500. While mike was figuring things out, we started talking about an old furnace I had in my home. I've had the gas shut off. Just needed someone to get it out of there for me. Mike said that they would take care of it. I ask how much extra? he said, none. I said ok. When all was said and done. New heat pump and an old eye sore gone. I believe they went above and beyond. But, that all being said I was told payment would be $180 a month. The payment is over $200. Not sure who to blame that one on. Bank or fast response? I would use fast Response again."

"I have some old aluminum windows and it was causing my guests and my kids to basically cook inside of my house every summer. I did a lot of research and looking at different windows and different companies. I interviewed five different contractors and I decided to go with Robert based on my gut feeling and also the price which was lower than everyone else. They got everything done very quickly in one day and cleaned up. There was one small issue and Robert came back out personally a month later to fix it himself. Contact with these guys is fine and they are very honest and stand by their work. I would definitely use again and I have already referred to several friends. We love the windows and are enjoying how much cooler the house is now. People are sometimes hesitant to invest in new windows but it can improve your daily life so much it is amazing. Especially in Las Vegas"

"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop. For all intents and purposes, it was barely running. If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response. Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY. He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen! What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection. Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data. And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money. I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven. No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer. I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"The Technician seem to know his job and seems very experienced in it. He explained why the furnace was not allowing heat to through. There was a part that had to be checked every few years and cleaned. And he did it put the back inside the furnace and the heat started."
