The techs on my project were Clayton Electrician, Peter and Quinton HVAC Specialist and Master Plumbers. "I posted on HomeAdvisor on Thursday 7/29, Manny called me and came to my house within an hour, gave me an appraisal and I accepted it. Said it would probably be Monday 8/2 before they could do the job depending on the availability of the new equipment. But he called me back later that afternoon and stated that they had all of the equipment and would like to know if they could do the job the next day on Fri 7/30. I must say that Manny was very professional, courteous and friendly. No hard push to buy their service. He said the team would be at my house at 8:00 on Friday, and sure enough, 7:55 am they were there and ready to work. The two guys Luis and Miguel started the immediate removal of the equipment, and shortly there after David Nieto the owner arrived with all of the brand new equipment. The removed the old equipment refrigerated AC/furnace and water heater and installed the new equipment by 12:30. They probably could have done it faster had I not kept asking questions and interrupting their work...LOL The entire team was very professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Black & Silver Services for your next Heating and Cooling needs. Also they cleaned up the work areas very nicely and hauled away the old equipment. Kenneth, my installer, did a superb, professional install, and fully explained the operation of the new hot water heater. Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install.
