"Our furnace decided to stop working during a snow storm, we called damn near every service we could find, no one could get out to us for a few days - unless I wanted to pay an obnoxious fee. Just when we were getting ready to get a hotel, I found Halo. Not only were they able to come out quickly, but the gentleman was so kind, and respectful; Our 2 year old walked up to him and hugged his leg, and without skipping a beat, he put his hand down and naturally patted his back. He then checkes out our furnace to find that we needed to replace a fuse! SUPER EASY!
