"We contacted Pure Air for emergency furnace/boiler repair in our home and we ended up having to replace the unit. They recommended a combination hot water heater/boiler unit and we decided that was the way to go. The work was done very well, and all of the folks from the company were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installation took a little longer than expected, so they even came back on a Saturday to finish the job. I had a couple of questions after and sent an email and they responded right away even though it was a Sunday. We're so pleased with the new system and the work that the Pure Air team did, that we will use them for all of our HVAC needs and will happily recommend them to others."

"The technician was great. He explained what he was doing as he went along even though it was freezing outside. Checked my entire heating system to find the problem and replaced only the parts that were broken.
