It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."

He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. "We had many issues with our computer - primarily with the CD/DVD drive and iTunes. Jim eliminated over 700 viruses from our computer, which was just the beginning. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. "The sales experience was a bit different.  The owner takes a little getting used to but really knows his stuff in terms of basements.  He took a number of measurements and offered me two alternate solutions for my basement - a cheaper sump pump based system and a higher cost gravity system that would avoid the need for pump maintenance.  I opted for the gravity based system.  He also reviewed a competitor's design and explained very accurately why it wouldn't work (the other salesman was very nice but made a complete mess of his submission by placing the sump at the highest point on the floor and didn't give me a gravity system option!)



The crew that AAA sent were absolutely fantastic - incredibly polite, helpful and professional; they even dismantled a bathroom for me that I was going to redecorate.  The job took 7-8 days which reflects the quality of the work they put in.  I wasn't happy with the finish on one wall and they immediately rectified it - no questions asked.  If I owned a contracting firm, these are definitely the guys I would want to be employing. 



While the job wasn't the cheapest quote I received I definitely feel I got a high quality job done by a company that really cares about customer service.
