"Crome Mechanical installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for us 2 years ago. The installation techs worked quickly and efficiently. They were very courteous and removed the old furnace and air conditioner and packaging. Over the past 2 years, we have had them in to perform maintenance. Again they are always efficient and courteous. Crome Mechanical has been very reliable which we really appreciate."

"Very knowledgeable, very thorough with the quote, the price the gave me was the price I paid, the a/c was installed 5 days later when I got back from vacation and was completed in 4 hours only because the coil they had was slightly bigger than the enclosure. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
