"Seven of us arrived at the house from Portland on Christmas afternoon and there was no heat. Understandably, it took 3 phone calls but a repairman came at 10:30 pm (on Christmas!) and tweaked something to give us temporary heat until a new furnace could be installed a few days later. They even brought a few space heaters over the following day just in case the short term fix didn't work. Installation went well and we have heat!"

It is quiet, efficient, and uses a remote control. We set the temperature that we want and it does the rest. Finally, we will have comfortable temps upstairs this summer. I had to put it off due for a bit and now that we were ready to have the cleaning done I decided to call ACT again. I tried to call three times over the last week and left messages. I have not had any return phone calls. I will be looking for another company.
